Manage Subscription

Want to upgrade or cancel? Here's how.

Managing your subscription depends on whether you bought your subscription through our online checkout, via the iOS App Store or via the Android Play Store.

If you're unsure where you purchased your subscription, please go to User > Settings > Billings & Subscriptions > Manage Subscription and it will let you know where you made your purchase. Find steps on how to manage your billing for each method below:

Web Checkout

If you purchased your subscription directly through us:

  1. Login to Supernotes on the web (https://my.supernotes.app).

  2. Go to User > Settings > Billing & Subscriptions > Manage Subscription.

  3. You will be re-directed to our payment provider, Stripe, where you can manage your subscription, upgrade or cancel at any time.

iOS App Store

If you purchased your subscription on your iOS device, please manage all your Supernotes subscription on your device, here's how:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Tap the User icon or your picture at the top right, then tap Subscriptions.

    You may need to sign in with your Apple ID.

  3. Choose the Supernotes subscription, then do any of the following:

    • Change or cancel an existing subscription.

    • Resubscribe to an expired subscription.

If you're very dissatisfied with our service and meet the refund conditions you may request a refund from Apple directly.

Android Play Store

If you purchased your subscription on your Android device, please manage all your Supernotes subscription on your device, here's how:

  1. Open the Google Play app

  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.

  3. Tap Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.

  4. Under 'Subscriptions', find Supernotes.
