An Author or Moderator may choose to remove cards from their parent, what we call 'cutting'. Once a card is cut from its parent, all members that automatically inherited access by being a member of the parent will lose access; except for those that have kept the card.
A card is usually 'cut' for the following reasons:
Poor quality / Inaccurate content
Duplicate content
Not relevant to the parent card
